The definition of "liquids, aerosols and gels" includes pastes, lotions, liquid / solid mixtures and pressurized container contents such as toothpastes, hair gels, drinks, soups, puddings, syrups, perfumes, shaving foam and other items of with a similar consistency.

LAGs (liquids, aerosols and gels) placed in individual containers with a maximum capacity of 100 millilitres or equivalent must be placed in a single re-sealable transparent plastic bag, which holds no more than a capacity of 1 litre. The contents of this bag must fit comfortably without being put on top of another and the bag must close easily.

Exceptions : liquid medicines and baby food, liquids bought at airports placed in a transparent and sealed bag.

LAGs (liquids, aerosols and gels) for medical purposes during the trip or to meet special dietary needs, including baby food are allowed in the cabin without the need of a doctor’s note. They are, however, subject to certain security measure verifications. All LAGs not meeting security regulatory criteria will be refused.

Medication exceeding the required amount needed for your air travel must be accompanied by a medical prescription or proof.

Our advice is to travel as light as possible to facilitate security checks.
